A Scandinavian Home for a Busy Life
Nina had already built a house once with her husband, but this time work commitments took up all their time. She wanted a home where every detail was thoughtfully planned, without needing constant organizing. That’s why Nina decided to order a move-in ready house from BHCOy.
They already had a plot and had chosen the house model. Groundwork was completed in late autumn, and the first snowfalls nearly covered the site before the delivery of the house kit – walls, windows and doors – arrived on site.
Nina chose high-quality surface materials that reflected her love of Scandinavian design. The family includes two school-aged children and a dog, so the durability and practicality of materials were important in interior choices. Upstairs, the children got spacious rooms where they could grow and invite friends over. A peaceful bedroom was designed for the mother downstairs, and the living room with sliding doors opens up to a large terrace where the family spends time together.
Even the dog was considered: a fenced yard was built for safe outdoor time. The yard was delivered unplanted, but mulching and grading were ready for flowers.
Nina received the keys to a home tailored for her family – fully move-in ready.

A Tailor-Made Family Home with a Finished Yard
Jani’s family – a wife and a school-aged child – decided to make their dream of a two-story family home come true. Their choice was to purchase a ready-made house package from BHCOy, which included the plot, the house, and the entire design process.
The building project wasn’t just about raising the frame – every detail was planned to suit the family’s needs. Room sizes and placements were adjusted, furniture layouts modified, and surfaces tailored to support their daily life.
The family also wanted relaxation, which is why the sauna includes direct access to the terrace through the utility room. The solution adds convenience and makes everyday life smoother – whether it’s early in the morning or after a long workday.
The yard design and greenery came as a complete package: Jani’s family followed BHCOy’s planting recommendations and opted for easy-care options. They received detailed planting and maintenance instructions, and all planting was handled smoothly with professional support.
The construction took about seven months, after which Jani received the keys to a fully finished home. When the family moved in, the yard was already complete – lawn, paving, evergreen shrubs, privacy fence, lighting, and even the mailbox were all in place.
