Changes are a normal part of a house project. Minor changes can be made during the early phases, and especially interior materials can be changed up until installation.
Each change is documented and priced separately.
Major structural changes are always done before construction begins to keep budgets and schedules under control.

We have compiled a ready selection of coordinated, modern, and practical surface materials that make it easy to create the look you want.
Materials are chosen early in the project, right after signing the sales contract, so we can align with the construction schedule.
If you have special requests, we can also source custom materials on a project-specific basis.

All houses undergo an inspection one year after completion, and a report is prepared.
Any issues found during the inspection will be repaired under warranty.
